Ladies and Gentlemen, wearables are the future.....Next thing we know we are going to be attacked by aliens. JK. Even if you don’t learn real facts, I hope that when you are done reading my report you will think wearables are cool. I am going to teach you about all sorts of things. For example, you are going to learn all about what it is. You are also going to learn what it does. Then you will learn a little history behind what we know as wearables today. I hope you enjoy!

WHAT IT IS

“Oops. I didn’t see you there. I was busy looking up pictures on my smart phone. If only there was some way that I could find things on the internet without having to look at my phone. Well now there is!!!!!”According to Wikipedia, Google has completed their new google glasses. They are worn just like regular glasses, but they are connected to the internet. You can also use them to take videos and pictures. Remember all those moments that would make a perfect pictures, but you didn’t have your camera? Well, with google glasses all those problems are solved!! I think that these are awesome because now you can have internet on the go!

Do you have a smartphone? Do you have a wearable technology? Maybe they go together! Many wearables go hand in hand with your smartphone! According to Mashable.com, one of these amazing creations is the smart watch. It can go with a smartphone, but also acts as a phone by itself. I think that this super cool because maybe someday smart watches will be more popular than smart phones, and we will all always be looking at our watches!

HISTORY

Everyone knows about the newest wearable tech, but what about the first one? According to Wikipedia, the first wearable technology was a calculator watch. It was introduced in the 1980s. The watch tells time like any other watch, but it also serves as a calculator.I think this is cool because technology has come such a long way since then.
