        Hey you have something on head! Oh! It’s your wearable. If your name starts with A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y or Z, you will LOVE this report about wearables.  In this amazing report you will read about the history of wearables.  For example, who made wearables. Next, you will read about SECONDMAINHEADING, like SOMETHINGINTERESTING.  Finally, you will read about some interesting facts. I’ll bet you don’t know how much money apple raises every year.

History

        Who was the smart man or woman who made wearables? I know who it is (or at least Wikipedia does). I read the Wikipedia, and it said that Steve Mann made wearables. When he went to college, his eyesight was not very good. He invented the headset of wearable technology for himself. His teacher asked what that was and he shared it with everyone. I think that’s interesting because not many people would think of that idea. I bet he was very smart.  

How long do you think it took to make wearables technology? Greg Malony said that  it took about only 5 years to make a wearable technology.  I can’t believe that it only to five years to make one. I would have guessed at least ten years. I bet Steve Mann was super smart.         

Matt Paulson said long ago, in 1980  wearable tech was made. That was 34 years ago! I thought that wearables were made longer than that. Wearables is an amazing technology, and I feel bad for people who didn’t have it in the past.

Interesting Facts

        Imagine you were rich. You can! If you work at Apple. WSJ told me a really intereting fact, Apple raises $2.50 every year for the cost of wearables. For Example, if one year a wearable cost $100.00, The next year, it would cost $102.50. I think that’s cool because imagine how much more money Apple gets in ten years!!! That’s $250 in ten years!!!!! That’s a lot of money.

 

Wearables can help you but can it help something or someone else too? Well according to Ted.com, if you put this wearable on any plant, it can text you or call you if it needs more water or sunlight. After you do it, it texts you a thank you. I think this is really awesome because then you know when your plant needs something, you don’t have to check it, you just need to check your phone.  

Are you tired to bring your phone around everywhere? Well, Ted.com said that if  you put this special kind of tape thing on your finger, and point it at a wall, it will show the exact same thing as there is in a phone. You can even use your hand if there isn’t any wall. You can get everything you need just like that. The wall is like your phone. I think that’s wise because you don’t have to get your phone everytime you need something. You just have to point your fingers at a wall.
