Intro

Me: “MOM!!!!! WHY CAN'T I GET A SMARTPHONE ALL THE OTHER GIRLS HAVE ONE!!!!” Mom: “You’re too young!” Me: “BUT I'M RESPONSIBLE!!!!!” I have always wanted a smartphone and writing this report has only made me want a smartphone even more! Smartphones are so radical. This report is about Smartphones. First, you will learn about its history.  Secondly, you will read about what it is.  Then, I will teach you about how it works.  Finally, I will blow your mind with some super cool facts.  That is what my report will be.

History of IT

DO YOU WANT TO LEARN WHAT THE FIRST SMARTPHONE WAS EVER?!?!?!? If so sit back and read this paragraph. Acording to (http://www.phonearena.com/news/did-you-know-what-was-the-first-smartphone-ever_id58842) the smartphone of sorts was conceptualized in 1983 by a German company called from design. Its customer was Apple computers, as you can surely tell by the old logo.

Don't you want to know when the smartphone was invented!? The smartphone was invented in 1992 it eventually led to the invention of the smartphone date back to the 1970. Gee my mom was born a long time ago this makes her seem old because she said that she didn't have stuff like that in her days. :) The IMB came up up with a prototype mobile phone that incorporated PDA features.

Super Cool Facts That Will Blow Your Mind!

Do you know what a Smartphone Satellite is? Well I didn't until I did this research this is what I found:

Smartphones can be sent into orbit but i didn't go into a astronaut’s pocket! (Then they would probably lose it) but they go into orbit as a……. (Dramatic pause)………….A SMARTPHONE SATELLITE!!! They are about the size of a shoe box so they are not that big. They sent one out to see if it would work for the app find my phone. (it didnt work)

Do you want to hear something creepy?! The smartphone knows where you are there are ten ways it could know where you are! The first way is the GPS. The GPS sends data back to your phone so it has to know where your phone is in order to send data back to it.  The second way is Assisted GPS One reason for the wait is that when it first finds the satellites, the phone needs to download information about where they will be for the next four hours. The phone needs that information to keep tracking the satellites. As soon as the information reaches the phone, full GPS service starts. Then the third way is Synthetic GPS. The form of assisted GPS described above still requires an available data network and the time to transmit the satellite information. Synthetic GPS uses computing power to forecast satellites' locations days or weeks in advance. The fourth way is Cell ID. Carriers already know how to locate phones without GPS, and they knew it before phones got the feature. Carriers figure out which cell a customer is using, and how far they are from the neighboring cells, with a technology called Cell ID. I'm just going to make this fast so the fifth way is Wifi, then the six way is  Inertial Sensors, Then the seventh way is Barometer, And then then 8th way is Ultrasonic, Then the 9th way is Bluetooth Beacons, then the last way which is the 10th is  Terrestrial Transmitters.

WELL I GUESS THIS IS ………………..THE END

She’s Not Talking About It, But Siri Is Plotting World Domination

Date of retrieval:

Summary:

It goes something like this: You arrive home at the end of a long day and plop down on the couch. A drink in one hand, your phone in the other, you say, “Siri, open Netflix and play The IT Crowd.” Midway through the program, you feel a draft. “Siri, it’s cold in here.” Siri politely tells you the temperature, and asks if you’d like it raised.
