According to Independent News and Media Limited, invisibility is not quite perfected--not yet.  But, it might be on its way in the next five years.  Scientists are so close.  They have nearly figured out how to get microwaves to go around an object instead of onto it (see photo at end of report).  So, now our biggest goal is to  figure out how to get the same thing to work with light.  Just imagine if they really discovered it!
